Your Role:
In this position you will support planned and unplanned Sustaining Design Engineering projects, Technical Cost Out (TCO) projects, and Continuous Improvement projects within Operations Engineering on-site! You will assist in the world class engineering of released Baxter - Welch Allyn Medical products.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Testing/solving, writing test protocols, crafting and performing test setups, project management, and documentation support.
- You will be working side by side with knowledgable Engineers and other Co-ops.
- You will work in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment as well as gain knowledge of other subject areas that support a Medical Device manufacturing environment!
What You'll Bring:
- Pursuing a degree in a related Engineering field
- Prior Co-op or Internship experience preferred but not required
- Experience with the MS Office suite
- Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Self starter
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay rate of $24.00 to $30.00. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
