The Sr Analyst, Human Resources Talent Management has a pivotal role in the Talent Management team by supporting sub-disciplines of Baxter's global Talent Management strategy such as development programs, culture initiatives, and engagement surveys.
What you'll be doing- Partners with the Talent Development team to develop and deploy programs and initiatives, supporting the overall strategy
- Helps coordinate development programs and initiatives for Executives, Managers and Professionals
- Works closely with other members of the team to gather input, provide solutions and ensure alignment with program design and delivery expectations
- Produces training content, tools and resources for various industrial delivery methods to address business needs and develop talent
- Provides support with the coordination of Train-the-Trainer and/or Leader as Teacher sessions for internal partners
- Designs and drives internal communication campaigns to support development programs and initiatives
- Supports innovative design thinking that demonstrates technology for blended delivery and self-paced, micro-learning
- Establishes and maintains standard new hire orientation; identifies and drives improvements and standardization to provide excellent onboarding experience
- Serves as the platform owner for internal development sites, including identifying and recommending opportunities to improve user experience
- Measures critical metrics to assess short- and long-term efficiency of global development programs
- Liaisons with external vendors and partners to lead sub-discipline, submit contracts through procurement for services and process invoices for payment
- Provides support across TM subject areas, including involvement in initiatives or as extra hands for execution (includes org design & effectiveness, change management, listening systems, talent management processes)
- 5 years of experience in Leadership Development/Talent Management
- Self-starter and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, collaborative environment
- Skilled in encouraging and developing professional relationships with leadership, managers and peers
- Demonstrates ability to identify gaps and provides suggestions for improvements
- Exposure to project management practices and ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Facilitation skills across small groups, virtual environment and/ or classroom setting
- Able to anticipate situations, stay ahead of trends and develop impactful talent and organizational effectiveness solutions
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000 to $121,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change.
