Program coordinator

We are seeking a committed and passionate Expanded Learning Program Coordinator to design a program that includes academic, enrichment and physical activities.

• Pay rate : $28.00 per hour
• Full Time - 40 hours / week
• 16 Paid BACR holidays
• Approximately 9 weeks off per year (winter, spring and summer breaks and holidays)

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications :

• 3 years experience in a K-12 setting, or other youth lead program
• 1 year experience as a supervisor and proven ability to lead a team
• Available Monday through Friday 10 am to 6 : 30 pm
• Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines

Preferred :

• Commitment to a full school year minimum
• Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation, supervision and safety of the program at the school site
• Meeting agency and district recording requirements : attendance, payroll, and compliance
• Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
• Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom, the campus and your team
• Coaching and mentoring of staff

Above is the pay range for this position that we reasonably expect to pay. Individual compensation is based on various factors including experience / education, skillset, and geographic location.
