Job Title: HVAC Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Agent

Job Overview: As an HVAC Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse operations related to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and supplies. Your role will involve managing inventory, coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising warehouse operations. You will be responsible for organization, Labeling, shipping and receiving, job site deliveries and some purchasing agent duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

1. • Maintain accurate inventory records of all HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies that come in and out of the warehouse.
   • Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed to prevent shortages.
   • Manage parts, equipment, oil, extra parts that come back from jobs and deal with them accordingly .
   • Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with records and address any discrepancies.

1. Warehouse Operations:

1. • Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of HVAC products.
   • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to schedule deliveries and pickups.
   • Optimize warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
   • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

1. Quality Control:

1. • Inspect incoming HVAC products for quality and accuracy.
   • Implement procedures for the proper handling and storage of sensitive equipment.

1. • Coordinate the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring timely and accurate shipments.
   • Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.

   • Deliver equipment to jobsites as needed.

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the HVAC industry.
