Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading a team of employees, and driving performance to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations within the body shop
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize cross-functional processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues as needed


Experience in the collision industry is needed to qualify for this position.
