What are the responsibilities and job description for the Civil Superintendent position at Bay Ltd.?
We are seeking a skilled Civil Superintendent to oversee a construction project from start. 5 year's experience as a Civil Superintendent in a construction company directly managing labor, materials, equipment, productivity, and schedule. Strong knowledge of managing civil projects-concrete foundations (mass pours, spread footings, piers, pedestals, sumps, pump & compressor foundations, grout, anchor bolts), underground earthwork(installation of utilities such as firewater piping, electrical duct banks, storm water, etc.. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, quality control, and construction estimating- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. This is a wonderful opportunity to work and be a part of a unique project in the Corpus area.
