Education and/or Experience: Qualifications include a high school diploma/GED, proficient typing and computer skills, excellent communication skills and professionalism. Experience in collections and healthcare receivables are not required but preferred. A background check will be done.

Principle Responsibilities - As a Collector you will handle inbound and outbound calls, negotiate and set up payment arrangements, ask open ended questions, and examine each person's financial situation to establish a payment solution. The job of a collector is to assist the consumer into getting any accounts listed with our office resolved.
Compensation – The collection specialist position receives an hourly wage plus monthly commission. With a generous benefits package that includes 100% employer-paid health insurance, dental, vision, employee assistance program, short & long term disability, life insurance and also up to a 7% 401(k) contribution.
Training – Initial training lasts for approximately a month if the new hire has no prior experience in the collection industry. All training will be done at our physical location in downtown Midland.
