Bay to Beach Builders is seeking a detail-oriented Selections Coordinator for our Greenwood, Delaware Idea Home & Design Studio. This role will guide Bay to Beach Builders' customers through the design selection process, ensuring they receive a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable experience. Our Design Studio is the go-to resource for our home buyers to select distinctive styles and finishes that complement their lifestyles.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide customers through the exterior and interior design selection process for their new home.
• Collaborate with New Home Sales Specialists, Operations, Purchasing/Estimating, Drafting/Design, and Production to meet deadlines and address customer needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records in all computer systems.
• Engage with vendors for on-site product training on both new and existing products.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of all products and building methods, while staying updated with current industry trends.
• Familiarize yourself with the Bay to Beach Builders process and building techniques.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as directed by the Director of Sales.
• Ensure the Design Studio is always clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working one-on-one with buyers in a structured environment.
• Prior experience with a home builder or in a design role, working directly with customers in a premium retail setting.
• Interior Design experience is a plus
• Fundamental knowledge of building materials.
• Exceptional color perception and ability to interpret blueprints.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering top-tier customer service.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent listening skills and diligent follow-up.

Salary & Benefits:

• Full time
• Salary $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
