BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Georges Mills, New Hampshire.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work independently and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess and treat clients with physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to help clients achieve their goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate clients and their families on proper care and safety techniques.
• Document client progress and communicate with the healthcare team.

Requirements

• A current Physical Therapist license in the state of New Hampshire.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
