We are seeking a full-time MDS Coordinator for a beautiful 150-bed facility with a great culture and work environment. This is a direct-hire position at the facility.
Responsibilities:
- The MDS Coordinator is responsible for the Resident Assessment Process through completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and the Care Area Assessments (CAAs).
A generalized overview of responsibilities include:
- Management and completion of the RAI process targeting reimbursement and quality.
- Coordinate and integrate information from nursing, dietary, social services, restorative, rehabilitation, and physician services to ensure substantiated reimbursement.
- Tracking of all Medicare/Managed Medicare/Commercial MDS and conduct weekly utilization reviews.
- Schedule and completion of the OBRA assessments

Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
