Summary:
Provides general secretarial support to the department. Duties may include maintaining records, scheduling and coordinating meetings, inventory and ordering of supplies, greeting and directing patients, visitors and team members, word processing and computer program use, directing calls, recording minutes at assigned meetings, time and attendance, working with parent advisory committee, managing supply budget and any other duties as assigned.

Education equivalent experience:
- Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - Associates - Related Field

- Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Healthcare preferred
