The Financial Specialist assumes a leadership role within their area of specialty and will interact with all levels of management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Eco Forecast and quarterly 18 month rolling forecast
- Lead/Project Manage entire process
- Document process
- Recommend process improvements
- Key contributor all the way from assumption gathering, leading meetings with stakeholders, assisting with technical issues, final presentation deck and narratives
- Proformas for major Enterprise projects
- Finance Decks
- Financial Review meeting
- Finance Committee
- Board Retreats
- Rating Agencies
- Other
- FTE Management
- Margin Initiatives
- Benchmarking
- Deep analytics - hospital level detail
Skills/Attributes needed:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Required - 8 years - Accounting; Required - 8 years - Financial Analysis; Or - 6 years - Relevant experience with Masters
Preferred:
- CPA (Accounting)
