Position Details:
- Location: St Pete, FL
- Status: Full Time (exempt)
- Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (may vary, occasional weekend)

The Urgent Care Clinic Supervisor responsibilities include:
- Oversees the utilization management and daily business operations of their assigned clinics.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of the financial, operational, administrative and regulatory aspects of the clinics.
- Ensures HIPAA compliance and Risk Management at the clinics.
- Oversees maintenance and purchasing for specific clinics. Responsible for utilization management, clinical support management, quality improvement, client relations, patient satisfaction, personnel management and problem solving.
- Acts as liaison to senior management.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree plus 2 years of medical office experience required or eligible certification (CMA, BMO, LPN, ARRT) with 2 years medical office experience required.
Required Education:
- High School or Equivalent AND;
- Associates - Business; or
- Associates - Healthcare; or
- Eligible certification (CMA, BMO, LPN, ARRT) with 2 years medical office experience
Experience:
- Required 1 year in a lead role in a related field
