Change Control & Project Manager III

The primary responsibilities of this role, Change Control & Project Manager III, are to:

• Manages and develops a high performance team of Material Analysts/Coordinators to ensure product availability, leveraging knowledge about production resources and systems, driving process standardization and automation, and maintaining strong relationships with the key interfaces at plant level;
• Leads and is accountable for the planning, evaluation, and implementation of product launches, major product reformulations, major qualifications, and international projects;
• Develop detailed project timelines ensuring cross-functional and third-party input is captured and projects are delivered on time and on budget;
• Identifies risks and contingencies and communicates progress to key stakeholders.;
• Development and maintenance of all bills of material, process recipes, and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) data in the business operating system (SAP) and in the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), as applicable;
• Supports the creation and maintenance of material master data;
• Ensuring that material change controls are executed in a compliant manner and in a timely fashion with minimal write- offs;
• Provide status updates on projects on an agreed to schedule and shares key updates and actions via meeting agendas and meeting minutes;
• Identify issues and risks and develop mitigation plans with the cross functional team to resolve project setbacks and obstacles;
• Organize project teams utilizing cross-functional resources;
• Obtain agreement from line management and country representatives on team resource, expectations and performance for team members;
• The incumbent manages project team meetings, prepares agendas, schedules meetings and issues minutes and action items;
• Through the efforts of these teams the scope and timing of the project is determined and completed. Identify root causes and corrective actions for project deviations, including facilitating problem resolution between initiators and implementation teams;
• Provide updates on progress to goals to site management for all projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degreee;
• Experience with material change control management;
• Proficient with SAP, Change Management Tools (PDV Sapphire, Synaps and PLM);
• Experience with using Project Management Tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or Plainview);
• An excellent understanding of Supply Chain Management and the interrelation with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and other functional areas;
• Experience in an FDA regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment;
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, management, communication, and decision-making skills;
• Sense of urgency,drive to meet deadlines;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Experience with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

.Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree (Engineering or Business preferred) and 8 years of supervisory experience in Supply Chain Management along with at least 3 years of experience in project management preferred, or Associates degree and 10 years of supervisory experience in Supply Chain Management along with at least 5 years of experience in project management;
• APICS (Association for Operations Management) certification;
• Project Management Professional certification.
