Product Specialist
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Product Specialist, are to:
- Drive the launch, adoption, testing, and training of multiple products to deliver strategic solutions to complex business problems;
- Collaborate with product development teams and business change management to deliver customer centric solutions;
- Act as subject expert for user questions about the digital product features and capabilities in production;
- Work with product managers to identify the appropriate actions based on user questions or issues;
- Coordinate with global users and business stakeholders for end user testing scenarios based on defined acceptance criteria;
- Partner with users around the globe as the subject matter expert to provide testing scenarios that help validate quality and alignment for continuous, iterative releases;
- Create and analyze metrics that measure the user experience of the digital products including happiness, adoption, engagement, and task success;
- Use of audio/video tools to comfortably present to large audiences of users and business stakeholders, ability to answer questions about the digital product workflows;
- Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment where you work cooperatively with many other people including development teams, business stakeholders and end users;
- Prioritize your day to ensure results on both short term immediate initiatives while advancing bigger picture, long term efforts;
- Leverage your well developed T shaped skills, which balance depth of subject matter expertise with a breath across many competencies, in order to effectively communicate both with IT and the Crop Science business.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and Three years of experience as a product manager, product specialist, business analyst or similar role;
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Candidates with no bachelor’s degree must have a minimum of Seven years working in an agile environment supporting the life cycle of software products;
- Five years of experience working in an agile environment supporting the life cycle of software products preferred (development, testing, launch, training support), or related experience emphasizing at least one of the following areas: IT, IT support/training, user training, communication, etc;
- Strong communication, problem solving, and decision making skills;
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment;
- Experience in the business domain relevant to the digital product is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle is preferred.
