Production Manager
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role Production Manager are to:
- Embrace and demonstrate a safety first culture at all times;
- Perform daily operations as directed by site leadership;
- Be accountable for safe and timely delivery of quality supply based onproduction schedules while maintaining an efficient operation;
- Performduties in a manner that support overall site Key Metrics to include:Safety; Quality, TIP (total individual volume performance), TOP (totaloverall volume performance), and cost efficiency;
- Embrace an environment that promotes the building of good workingrelationships within the site;
- Report to the Production Lead and assists theProduction Lead with all facets of field and plant production operations. The Production Manager has leadership responsibility forthe site technicians and is a member of a team that strives for safetyproduct quality, and process optimization and is expected to get resultsthrough influencing others, personal proficiency and modeling companyvalues.
- Participate as a member of the Site LeadershipTeam and will maintain a strong relationship with the team and othersite and site support personnel to support operations at the site andresolve production challenges;
WHO YOU ARE

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree
- Valid Drivers License. In order to be eligible to drive acompany car, your driving record must meet guidelines based on thecompany s Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers MVR will be reviewed aspart of pre employment screening;
- Ability to critically think about the business.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years work related experience in manufacturing, supplychain, agriculture;
- Preferred degree disciplines: Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Manufacturing;
- MBA preferred.
Domestic Relocation may be available for this position.
