Row Crops DRP Planner
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Row Crops DRP Planner, are to:
- Develop and implement the inventory position plan to enable achievement of shipping targets and supports the execution of the manufacturing production schedules, while maintaining safe working operations through capacity constraints in production, warehousing and docks;
- Utilize data analytics and optimization tools to improve product positioning and cost of goods;
- Create and communicate the near-term inventory positioning plan with cross functional Supply Chain stakeholders on a weekly cadence, measuring adherence to the plan, and collaboratively problem solving challenges with achieving inventory coverage targets;
- Serve a critical role in cross functional initiatives with warehousing and distribution planning for product launches and distribution network changes;
- Be accountable for all Enterprise Resource Planning ERP transactions required with execution of the inventory replenishment plan;
- Partner with supply planning team on inventory pre-positioning requirements to distribution warehouses;
- Maintain DRP performance related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for product line.

Required Qualifications:
- BS/BA Required with a preference in Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business or other related discipline;
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to learn new systems and tools;
- Strong Communication skills including capability to clearly present information to influence others both verbally and written;
- Excellent decision and problem solving skills using data and analytic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain management.
