Busy downtown St. Augustine bed and breakfast is looking for enthusiastic and conscientious people who know and love St. Augustine and thrive in a fast-paced but detail-oriented environment.
Previous hotel experience preferred but not required. Duties include answering phones, making reservations, processing reservation-related paperwork and payments, checking in guests, helping guests to their rooms, overseeing social hour, closing tasks, housekeeping, laundry, and other duties as assigned.
This is a working position and all duties above will be performed. Everyone on staff is required to serve breakfast, clean rooms, and do laundry. Customer Service experience preferred. Weekends and holidays required.
Typical shift hours would range from 7:30am to 10pm. The shift could be from 7:30am until 4pm, 1pm to 9pm, 11am-9pm (these are just examples) and varies with business needs.
