GENERAL SUMMARY:
Summary:
Provides administrative support to Talent Management staff and assists with training and other related initiatives across the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Assists with General Orientation – prepares folders and packets, provides support for weekly orientation.
2. Provides ongoing support to all training initiatives and sessions.
3. Provides on-going support and project assistance (such as assembling, addressing, and sorting) as needed to meet deadlines and balance the Human Resources workload. Assists with HR activities such as (but not limited to) the annual Employee Service Awards Banquet and the annual Employee Engagement survey. Involved in performing and maintaining scanning of HR documents in to the electronic document imaging system.
4. Provides front desk reception support as requested or needed.
5. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION AND CREDENTIAL:
EXPERIENCE:
Required: Three (3) years clerical work in an office setting. Preferred: Three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources.
