About the Role
Digital Health Management Consultants (MCs) will primarily serve as Product Managers of a digital health product or portfolio of products. MCs focus on the developing and delivering transformative and effective products through the Discovery, Scoping, and Agile Development Lifecycle. From being involved in a product’s conception all the way through its launch, this role offers an exciting opportunity to set the standard for transformative health care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product team to shape product strategy and determine business value
- Gather knowledge and input from relevant clinical, operational, and/or technical stakeholders to form requirements
- Translate business requirements to technical requirements, working closely with designers, developers and product team
- Document, track and prioritize business requirements
- Facilitate team meetings around prioritization, planning and status updates
- Create and implement proactive change plan to drive adoption and minimize barriers to transformation
- Exercise strong-decision making across the team
- Identify product KPIs and track product metrics
- Gather and clearly communicate user and technical requirements
- Facilitate product launch, product support model and adoption strategy with stakeholders
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors

- Bachelor’s degree
