AC Estimator
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, has an opening for an AC Estimator. This individual will utilize Wright Soft and Florida Energy Gauge software to create HVAC systems for bidding and to prepare parts lists and instructions for HVAC installation in residential new construction homes.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and review blueprints from clients
- Prepare bids for new work
- Develop parts lists for HVAC installation for both rough and trim phases
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret the HVAC requirements
- Understanding of HVAC installation in residential new construction homes
Education and Experience:
- Wright Soft Experience
- Florida Energy Gauge Experience
- At least three years of experience in residential air conditioning installation
