Responsibilities
- Use phone and Service Titan software to send technicians, or another field unit, to appropriate locations.
- Monitor the route and status of technicians to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
- Provide technicians with information about jobs, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.
- Prioritize service calls according to urgency and importance.
- Communicate with customers on a regular basis providing updates to their scheduled appointments.
- Show care and compassion for customers.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service.
- Effective communication with all other dispatchers and persons in the office.
- Ability to work as a team.
- Ability to work in a very fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and teamwork.
- Service-oriented and able to resolve grievances.
- Previous dispatching experience is a plus.
- Proficient computer skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work in the evenings.
- SupplyPro/BuildPro experience a plus
- Service Titan experience a plus
