Warehouse Supervisor
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Hudson location. The essential function of the warehouse supervisor is to be responsible for coordinating and working together with the warehouse staff to complete daily tasks.

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Hudson location. The essential function of the warehouse supervisor is to be responsible for coordinating and working together with the warehouse staff to complete daily tasks.
The supervisor will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse
- Train new employees on company safety regulations and procedures
- Monitor warehouse personnel and performance to ensure rules and regulations are being followed
- Verify Accuracy of Deliveries -Both Incoming/Outgoing. Coordinate the deliveries to and from other branches.
- Setting warehouse goals and initiatives to improve both the efficiency of the warehouse and personnel.
- Keep Up to Date on all company policies and protocols.
- Audit Inventory to ensure accurate counts
Requirements:
- Ability to problem solve and offer solutions
- Experience with Service Titan
- OSHA certifications (or ability to obtain required certifications)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to pass a pre employment drug test
- Knowledge of AC/PL
