The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent member service to employees of the credit union, current and potential Credit Union members. This is accomplished by providing loan support and information to the credit union staff and members by responding to inquiries over the phone and email; assisting with the loan application process and proper procedures regarding consumer loans, vehicle titling and performing other duties as requested.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting credit union employees and members with questions related to loan servicing/maintenance, polices, procedures and research. This is accomplished by:
Assisting other employee’s within the Consumer Lending Department. This is accomplished by:
Responds to members’ requests, problems and concerns and/or directs them to the appropriate person for assistance. This is accomplished by:
Actively participates in lending projects to assist the Consumer Lending Department and staff with understanding of new systems, products, policies and procedures as well as identify potential for process improvement. This is accomplished by:
Ability to navigate and explain various systems to assist staff with questions and issues to include:
