Community Relations Director

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Community Relations Director to join our team at Bayshire San Dimas Post Acute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with the community, promoting the organization's mission, and enhancing its public image. The ideal candidate has experience working in a healthcare setting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement community outreach programs to engage with local residents

- Conduct market research and data collection to identify community needs and preferences

- Manage budgets for community relations activities and events

- Cultivate media relations by drafting press releases and coordinating interviews

- Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through various channels

- Drive business development initiatives to support community engagement goals

- Utilize social media marketing strategies to enhance community presence

- Coordinate fundraising efforts and events to support organizational objectives

- Oversee public relations activities to ensure a positive public image

- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and retention programs

**Skills:**

- Proven experience in community relations, public affairs, or related field

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in budgeting and financial management

- Demonstrated ability in media relations and public speaking

- Experience in business development and partnership building

- Knowledge of social media marketing strategies

- Ability to organize fundraising campaigns and events effectively

- Skilled in volunteer management and engagement

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
