Education/Experience:
- High school diploma
- dental office experience (preferred)
- Dentrix experience (preferred)
- Manages the dental hygienists patient flow
- Assists with other schedules as needed
- Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare patient charts
- Provide concierge level customer service while interacting with patients and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication
- Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of exam and treatment rooms
- Present treatment plans/financial arrangements and collect patient responsibility
- Manages patient flow to reduce patient wait time
- Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition
- Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
