Scheduling Coordinator

Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm. This is a busy office and the right candidate will possess the skills to accurately onboard and recruit new Interpreters. Must be detail orientated and possess the skills need for an office.

Baystate Interpreters, Inc. located in Gardner, MA is looking for a full time Coordinator in our Scheduling Department. The Scheduling Department has operating hours of 8:00am-6:00pm and staff hours will fluctuate to accommodate office coverage Monday-Friday. This is a busy office and the right candidate will possess the skills to accurately schedule staff, process data and communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

Processing and Scheduling staff as requested.

Accurate data entry, filing and email processing

Inbound and outbound telephone call center

External Communications to and from staff and clients
