Description:

As the modeling agency's booking director you will be responsible for obtaining an in depth knowledge of the agency's talent and capabilities. You will lead in the crucial role of scouting, organizing, quoting, and invoicing client jobs. You are the broker between model and client.

Responsibilities:

-Coordinate schedules
- Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, including social media management and advertising campaigns
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through agency job opportunities
- Manage agency relationships and ensure effective collaboration

Requirements:

- A passion for fashion
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Director or similar position
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices- Microsoft office proficient
- Familiarity with social media marketing and management platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
