IT Analyst

A fast-growing company is looking for a highly motivated talent to fill an additional IT Analyst position. As an IT Analyst you will work with the system administrator and management to determine IT objectives to improve business outcomes. You will help to design and implement information systems that will optimize organizational efficiencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· · Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task, desire to learn new skills and technology.

· Identifying risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company's IT framework.

· Analyzing current IT systems, architectures, and processes.

· Strong ability to support the IT needs of all users in timely manner.

· Strong Knowledge of Microsoft products, networking, remote desktop, email setup and troubleshooting.

· Participate in rounding’s, and preventative maintenance for all business areas.

· Create and maintain all technical related documents including but not limited to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Disaster Recovery Procedures.

· Provide troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for computer equipment (e.g., laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, phones, etc.). May assist with testing computers and peripherals on a network with the support of other team members to diagnose hardware and software problems.

· Ensure that company information systems are secure and operating in compliance with IT policies.

· Provide technical expertise by advising customers on solutions to their technical issues and/or challenges.

· Provide hands-on training to clients and departments for applications and endpoint devices.

· Perform tests and preventive measures on new hardware and software.

· Perform projects and tasks.

· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Install and configure hardware and software components.

· Communicating any improvement and risks in the company's.

· Executing well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve company efficiencies.

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· (Preferred) 2 years of experience in an IT-related position.

· SAP Business One and Microsoft SQL experience is a plus.

· Associates computer science, information technology, or certificates related field.

· Knowledge in HTTP, HTTPS, IPV4, POE, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP.

· Knowledge of industry best practices and experience with both hardware and software systems.

· Skills in designing, reporting, and documenting implementations and solutions.

· Up-to-date insight into the latest developments in the information technology sphere.

· Excellent report writing and communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and knowledge of agile team structures.

· Ability to be proactive and provide logical solutions.

· Ability to provide Excellent Customer Service and Public Speaking Skills.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.

· Ability to communicate the status of various systems to management and support business personnel.

· Understanding in of project plans, presentations, procedures, diagrams, and other technical documentation.
