We’re looking for a tech savvy, experienced clinical professional who is poised to advance their career by leveraging their clinical expertise to assist in TeleScan® operation in clinic . As the Ultrasound Patient Care Technician (TeleScan ® Operator) you will demonstrate high-quality patient care and customer service skills within an OB/GYN clinical setting . TeleScan ® Operators are the first impression of a patient’s visit and facilitate the smooth running of new technology in clinic . As the Ultrasound Patient Care Technician (TeleScan ® Operator) you will demonstrate high-quality patient care and customer service skills within an OB/GYN clinical setting . WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Provide professional and compassionate patient focused experience
- Use ultrasound equipment coupled with TeleScan ® software to capture and share cine clips with the reading Telesonographer
- Ensure Telesonographer has all medical history and information required for comprehensive preliminary diagnostic care
- Maintain constant and professional communication with the Tele sonographe r
- Communicate machine errors and supply needs.
- Assist in the design and oversight of efficient patient flow.
- Always provide the WOW factor by demonstrating high standards
- Provide onsite support for TeleScan® customers
IS THIS YOU ?
- 1 year clinical experience
- Experience working in a variety of clinical settings
- General knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN specialty
- Able to communicate effectively with physicians, clients, and patients
- Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
- Able to remain calm in emergencies or patient distress
- Tech savvy
- Adept or eager to travel
- Quick to problem-solve
- Pursuing a degree or certification in OB related fields such as Nursing, Medical Assistant, Doula or Midwife
- Healthcare certified as Medical Assistant or Doula
- Medical device experience is a bonus!
