What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at BB Riverboats?
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the dining room is clean and ready for guest arrival and maintain cleanliness during the cruise
- Memorize drink and food selection for on-demand recitation
- Manage groups quickly and efficiently
- Maintain a fine dining atmosphere and handle complaints/requests quickly and correctly
- Ensure the bar is properly set in preparation for the cruise
- Demonstrate ability to produce a wide variety of drink recipes
- Excellent Customer Service and hospitality skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest
