Reporting to the Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs, the Corporate and Community Partnerships Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and increasing a steady flow of family, child and volunteer inquiries for our Site-Based Programs through effective recruitment strategies, proper partnership management, and strong administrative support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating and attending recruitment events, scheduling liaison meetings with our corporate and community partners, and overseeing and guiding day-to-day activities of our Enrollment and Match Support Specialists (EMSS).
This is a full-time, benefits eligible, hybrid work position with a mix of virtual and in-office work. The position also requires travel for face-to-face meetings with corporate and school partners.

Program Coordination Strategy
- In coalition with the Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs, assess the EMSS workflow and caseload to streamline work processes and increase work productivity and quality.
- Ensure that the EMSS members assess individual strengths and support needs for each match participant to assure a positive outcome for the child and mentor.
- Identify and eliminate barriers to the enrollment process by being solution focused on all aspects of stakeholder support and school partnership satisfaction.
- Support in the streamlining of the application process for all Site-Based applicants.
- In conjunction with the Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs, attend community and school partnership committee meetings.
Corporate & Community Recruitment Strategy
- Track and evaluate recruitment and outreach efforts, and provide weekly progress reports of enrollment activity to Senior Manager of Site-Based Programs.
- Work closely with ongoing volunteers to further recruitment needs and provide development and fundraising opportunities.
- Cultivate long-term and sustaining relationships with volunteer-rich organizations (i.e., schools, youth volunteer organizations, etc.)
- Conduct volunteer recruitment, enrollment (including orientations & interviews), and completion of any other activity required for the enrollment process.
- Identify new school, district, community, and corporate partnerships and participate in strategic engagement efforts to ensure a positive relationship and manage proactive contact with sites on a regular basis.
- Cultivate, steward, and retain assigned school partners, mentors, and mentees.
- Plan and implement recruitment events at our partnering schools, districts, corporations and community partners.
- In coalition with the Sr. Manager of Site-Based Programs, develop marketing and promotional materials for our partnerships and recruitment efforts.
Quality Assurance & Training
- Maintain a caseload of no more than 30 matches and regularly scheduled School-Based support contacts (either in person or through phone or electronic contact) with volunteers, children and parents / guardians, meeting standards in the five key elements of quality : child safety and well-being, match relationship development, coaching and support, match goals / outcomes, and adherence to the Service Delivery Model.
- Through scheduled in-person, telephone, and electronic contact, ensure that child safety, match relationship development, positive youth development and mentor satisfaction are fulfilled.
- Review documentation to ensure high quality Match Support processes and written excellence.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required (KSA's) :
- Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred. (MSW, MFT, or social service field)
- Minimum of three-five years supervisory experience in social services setting.
- Possess working knowledge of local children's social support services and national / local reporting protocol or child abuse / child safety issues.
- Must be able to develop / maintain effective partnerships / relationships with community constituents, corporate executives, non-profit groups, private individuals, and BBBSLA employees.
- Strong project management skills including planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within allotted timeline and budget.
