SST is seeking a Data Management Analyst to support the 502d Civil Engineering Group (CEG) and 502 Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA).
Description
The candidate will support the 502d CEG/CES in the areas of facility maintenance reporting and will serve as a subject matter expert in database management. The candidate will:
Review Civil Engineering (CE) preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair database inputs from customer service, CE shops, and other sources
Assist CE shops with inputting scheduling, technician coordination, supply tracking, and preventive and corrective maintenance data
Conduct quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) to identify data errors and to ensure proper work order closeout
Attend internal meetings within 502d CES and update progress
Qualifications
Required:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Attention to detail
Desirable:
4-year Degree or higher in a relevant discipline
Relevant experience working with the US Air Force or other DoD agency
