Join us as a Transfer Agency Cash Senior Representative. Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Transfer Agency Cash Senior Representative to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for the oversight of the Cash functions within the Transfer Agency department including internal and external cash movements, daily reconciliations and internal and external cash reporting. To be successful, you will need to be proactive, have an exceptional attention to detail and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment with the ability to build strong relationships locally and globally. Qualifications: The role will suit a solution-orientated individual with exceptional attention to detail and a high level accuracy. You should be fluent in English (any other language is a plus) and have: 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Transfer Agency operational flows with a specific expertise on the Cash functions is a plus. Good practice of Word and Excel. Strong numerical aptitude , accuracy and organization. Strong Client focus. Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. Very good communication skills and team spirit. A genuine interest in Industry initiatives. Prepare Foreign Exchange transactions. Oversee the daily reconciliation of Transfer Agency accounts (Subscription and Redemptions, Commissions, Dividends& Trailer Fee accounts). Investigate, escalate and resolve any reconciliation exception. Ensure timely resolution of these exceptions. Handle internal and client queries whilst maintaining excellent relationships. Review external regular reporting before being dispatched to our Customers (unpaid subscriptions, held redemptions, unapplied and returned funds). Review internal regular reporting (Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), large balances, cash breaks etc.) Prepare ad hoc cash reporting to Management and Customers. Adhere to all established policies, procedures and related controls. Build and maintain an excellent communication and relationship with peers, internal counterparties and Customers. Support internal and external audit and reviews. Initiate and implement process efficiencies and control enhancements mitigating the operational risks.
