Your responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day activities of the department. Set-up of Trailer Fee Agreements in the Trailer Fee System & Static Data maintenance Process Trailer Fees and Rebates. Prepare various Trailer Fee Reports and Re-investment Transactions. Prepare / Approve payments of commissions. Ensure adherence to all established procedures and controls (including money laundering prevention, banking secrecy). Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively address and resolve issues with other sections and departments. Prepare the monthly management information. Investigate and follow-up client and distributor queries. Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the customers and their shareholders. Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback based on goals for direct reports. Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants, assist new staff members in learning job specific tasks. Our requirements BA/BS degree in a business related field, and/or equivalent work experience. 3 years of Financial Services Industry Experience. 1 years of supervisory experience. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills and well-developed communication skills Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure. Creative problem solving skills including the ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Language skills commensurate with office location and client relationships supported. Ability to work in a collaborative environment that requires collaboration with multiple teams.
