Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting a Workforce Project Analyst. The Workforce Project Analyst works as part of the workforce team to support the execution of the workforce strategy. The Project Analyst will have primary responsibility for workforce analytics execution and delivery. The Project Analyst will gather data, execute workforce analytics reporting for delivery to senior leadership within the organization on a monthly (and when requested, interim) basis. The Workforce Project Analyst will work alongside team members and Controllers counterparts to track and maintain record of Service Delivery’s status against workforce goals for the year. The Project Analyst will also be responsible for using this data to contribute to workforce analytics, focused on providing comprehensive reporting and dashboards. The Project Analyst will also look to improve and automate the workforce analytics reporting for Service Delivery through careful requirements building, project planning and execution, resulting in a more seamless execution and ability to focus on outliers and exceptions. Some of your key responsibilities include: Supports reporting and dashboards that provide transparency on all Workforce commitments (i.e. Productivity saves, Transitions, Redeployments) Maintains real-time line of sight into status of relevant projects and initiatives and the respective impact on Service Delivery budgeted commitments Develops plan and works to execute further automation of workforce reporting, allowing for focus points to be on trends, outliers and exceptions. Knowledge of project management methodologies and experience applying project management tools is a plus. Track record of successful execution of strategic initiatives and change projects in a variety of business settings and situations preferred. Experience in work on a team involved in change management programs within organizations, specifically working with workforce initiatives is a plus. Analysis skills to effectively work on a project implementation team. Strong team skills and ability to work under pressure. Experience with running meetings in English over video and/or in person Understanding of financial services industry Strong PC skills in relation to MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem solving. Business process improvement skills.
