Superintendent

Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLCOur dynamic and rapidly growing company is currently seeking a Superintendent to join our SES Electrical LLC Group, a Subsidiary of BBCH. Potential candidates must be experienced and technically proficient federal market construction professionals with a belief in teamwork for all projects and treating people with dignity and respect.The position will be located at Hurlburt Field, FL and the scope of work will consist of replacing 80,000 sq.ft of a standing seam metal roof on an active medical clinic and designing and installing a new water irrigation around the building... The project will be completed in phases and will require constant communication with user to ensure worker safety and coordination.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesConsult with the project's stakeholders to ensure that the project remains within budgetReview subcontractor output concerning schedules and success targets to ensure that the project is on track to be completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards requiredCertify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments dailyMaintain a daily record of project progress and home repair updates for the project manager and the homeownerAssist in the development of a detailed CPM Construction Schedule, specifically the enumeration of tasks, task sequence, and duration in accordance with the contract documents, and provide monthly progress schedule updatesConduct daily and weekly scrum schedule meetings with all Subcontractors to ensure coordination, collaboration, and communication of all scheduled activitiesQualificationsQualificationsCompleted training for OSHA 30 license and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-siteHas basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office5 years of Construction Medical experienceSuperb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skillsAbility to comfortably delegate both routine and, when necessary, important tasks and decisions, with excellent follow-throughDOD/GVT experience is requiredExperience with HVAC and PlumbingCompensation$110,000 - $120,000About Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLCAbout Bristol Bay Construction Holdings LLCOur vision at BBCH LLC is to be industry leaders for energy, environmental, and infrastructure solutions through sustainable growth, commitment to excellent performance, and continuous innovation.
