Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and or potential work candidates in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to potential recruits for various purposes
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
- Analyze company needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
Experience
- Fluent in English and well spoken
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle interviewing skills in assessment of candidates abilities.
- Proficient in data entry and phone etiquette
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
