BBSI is seeking an experienced ERP Administrator to support the processes and systems of a growing construction equipment distributor in the Henderson Nevada area. This role requires a methodical, driven attitude, high organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Own, maintain, and troubleshoot ERP and core business applications.
* Be the super-user for Microsoft Business Central, Jet Reports and Power BI.
* Build and maintain query reports as needed in Jet Reports and Power BI.
* Successfully implement MRP within 6 months of hire.
* Manage the set-up and configuration of users, systems, upgrades and customizations of the ERP.
* Implement best practices for scalability, supportability, maintenance, and system performance.
* Evaluate and work with all departments to ensure ERP is working efficiently and processes are put in place where needed. Document processes.
* Troubleshoot and be main contact for VAR Support.
Qualifications/Requirements:
* 1-2 years Super-user experience in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (or Navision) with Inventory/Advanced Warehousing/Bill of Materials required
* 4-6 years' experience working with ERP systems
* MRP experience
* Strong computer, software, and analytical skills
* Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
* Strong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with database and ERP maintenance and administration
* Experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new applications and systems
* Experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution company preferred
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience
