The focus of this role is on organization design.

Provides HR solutions which support and contribute to the achievement of corporate strategic and tactical goals. Actively participates in the planning and roll-out of HR initiatives such as competency model development, performance management design, compensation strategy and bonus planning.

Other required competencies include employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and succession planning. Responsible for defining and directing execution of annual HR plans; acting as change agent to drive organizational transformation; ensuring leaders have HR support needed to meet annual objectives; and working closely with management to satisfy critical talent and performance requirements.

This requisition is for a consultant focusing on Organizational Design. Organization Design Consultant Understand and consider company strategy as well as future business needs in the design, development, and implementation of organization structure solutions that drive organizational performance across the enterprise while optimizing team effectiveness, operations, and processes. Work in tandem with business leaders and HR business partners and COEs, leveraging influence and execution skills, to drive organizational capability. This work may also include creating organizational structure documents such as org charts, job descriptions and titles, business cases, process maps, and other tools/work products. This role also ensures that the organization's design, adheres to HR and company policy and standards. Key Responsibilities Partners with HR Business Partners to provide enterprise-wide leadership, consultation, and guidance on organizational development strategies. Identifies opportunities to improve organizational performance and team structure. Identifies the strengths/ critical opportunities in the organization design, process and mindsets/behaviors that contribute to improved performance and will achieve the business strategy.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
