What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at BCAK Baker's Crust Artisan Kitchen?

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Verify guests that purchase alcohol are at least 21 years of age
- Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner; explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions
- Service of food and/or beverage: order-taking, delivery and clearing of any food and/or beverage items
- Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items and be able to make recommendations
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a full service bar
