Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, implementation, and leading department assignments. Position operates within broad objectives to ensure optimum utilization of manpower and budget. Research, compile and analyze appropriate and relevant data and make recommendations for operational improvements.

Department Summary / Preferences:
1. Must be comfortable working with numbers; ability to perform basic analyses to summarize data by organization, program, and time period.
2. Develop lines of communication to discuss/review results of analysis to upper management via reports/presentations and assist leadership in implementing programs that provide solutions.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and to work with internal and external clients to identify needs and develop solutions.
4. High accuracy and attention to detail
5. Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Access, Excel, and Word
8. A flexible self-starter able to multi-task, adapt to rapidly shifting priorities, and work with urgency to meet deadlines.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team to execute plans that achieve business results.
10. Understanding of and experience with HCPCS/CPT coding and familiarity with medical terminology.
11. Understanding of Value Partnerships Programs (PGIP, PCMH, PDCM, VBR)
