We are looking for a Client Success Support Manager to join the Companies ever growing sales team reporting into the Director of Sales.
The BCC offices are located in Boston, MA and this role will be remote depending on your location or hybrid working if you are in a commutable distance to the office, but predominantly from home.

Role and Responsibilities- Monitor, respond and route inquiries/leads from the website
- Monitor, respond and route inquiries/leads from Live Chat
- Update Salesforce with contact information, membership expiration dates, create new opportunity records, enroll clients in marketing campaigns
- Request usage reports from tech team
- Add/delete users on BCC platform as requested by clients
- Possible additional duties as requested by management
- Vendor setup and management
- Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
- Personal sense of ownership around your role and responsibilities
- Thrives under pressure
- High levels of influence when working with internal stakeholders to achieve the desired result for the company
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm to provide a “can do attitude”
- Organized, articulate and well-spoken
- Solid computer, customer service, organizational and time-management skills are necessary
- Experience with MS Office 365, Salesforce, LiveChat, Pandadoc are a plus
- Salary range DOE: $45k-$50k p/a
