Executive Assistant (Hybrid)

Executive Assistant (Hybrid)
Full time, Atlanta, Georgia, or remote in the United States
The Executive Assistant is accountable for highly confidential and time-sensitive material. They will serve as the initial point of contact and assist with measurement, tracking, reporting, administrative, and project activities.
As an Executive Assistant, you will
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks to manage the priorities of the executive
- Coordinate scheduling of and plan internal/external meetings and events with executive staff and prepare agendas and minutes
- Schedule, book, and monitor executive travel. Provide detailed travel itineraries and supporting meeting documents
- Assist executive with visa/passport preparation associated with international travel
- Act as primary liaison for communication within the department, i.e. point person for the leadership team. Acts as "go-to" person for general information, etc.
- Receive, coordinate, and report on measurements for the areas of responsibility
- Prior administrative or business management experience supporting executive-level management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Powerpoint) and Outlook, is mandatory
- Knowledge of Internet search processes and applications
- Commitment to total confidentiality
- You have exceptional judgment concerning appropriate communication
- Excellent business English, both spoken and written
