Shift : 5PM - 3:30AM
Machines will the worker operate: General production equipment. Conveyor, Robot, Bucket Elevators
Job Description:
Working knowledge of all plant equipment to perform preventative maintenance and total repairs as required using established quality and safety objectives. Must have working knowledge and skills in T.I.G. welding, machine tool operation, blue print/schematic reading, metal fabricating, mechanical overhaul of equipment, electrical troubleshooting, electrical schematics and programmable logic controllers. Have 5 years of technical training or equivalent experience of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and refrigeration skills. PLC application experience. Have the ability to resolve complex problems and eliminate recurring mechanical deficiencies. Fabricate, repair and modify equipment within OSHA standards. Design circuits and wiring of old and new equipment as required. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and GMP's. Participate and assist in cross-training production and maintenance personnel in the operations, changeovers, lubrication maintenance of equipment (TPEM). Skills: Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to troubleshoot machinery. Ability to perform PM on plant machinery. Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one and in group situations. Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately. Ability to be observant, accurate, and capable of following directions. Knowledge: Knowledge and compliance of all safety guidelines. Education: high school diploma or equivalent Steel Toed Shoes Required.

Salary: $29.00 - $31.14 per hour
