Position Title: Data Entry Transcript Evaluation/Verification
Position Address: Tempe, AZ 85281
Duration: 3 Months with the possibility of extension
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm

The verifier position is an integral role focused on data entry and document management of admission material received through mail and electronic means.
The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency is built through structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from leadership team. The job performance for this position is based on consistent attendance, daily production standards and quality output of work.
Consistency and attention to detail with work that is somewhat repetitive in nature is key. This position is part of the Applicant Services Verification team which consists of supportive leadership for onboarding and ongoing training as well a large student worker and temporary staff population.
Essential Duties
* Performs routine clerical and/or data entry processing duties.
* Works independently according to specific instructions that requires limited decision-making.
* Advice and assistance to resolve problems or irregularities are readily available from leadership team. Given detailed instructions on new assignments.
* Enters data from documents manually and checks for accuracy.
* Sorts and scans incoming high school transcripts, college transcripts and other documents received.
* Files documents according to filing system.
* Processes documents or tasks according to instructions.
* Requires organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Working Environment
* Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting and keyboarding/manipulating a computer mouse.
* Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities.
* Occasional bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds
* Clearly communicate to perform essential functions
