Candidate Responsibilities
Summary:
Ability to take accountability for team’s delivery capability and drive the teams to success.
Need to leverage MS Tools to document architecture, MS Project Plans, Excel and solution documentation.
Successful in starting and finishing multiple projects simultaneously Hands on experience in various agile or lean methodologies Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
Essential Duties:
Doing everything possible to ensure delighting customers
Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Guiding the team on how to get the most of out self organization
Guiding the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
Qualifications
Technical Skills
7-8 years of IT experience required, 3-5 years PM experience.
IT related Bachelor’s degree required.
Applications or Database related degree preferred.
Needs to understand Data Architecture/Data Migration. Proficiency with Visio is required.
Basic Excel required.
Microsoft Project experience requied. Experience with User Acceptance (UAT) testing processes, required.
Agile Product Methodology desired.
PMP Certification is desired.
