BC forward is currently seeking a highly motivated Payroll Tax Associates for an opportunity in Maitland, FL USA 32751 !
Position Title : Payroll Analyst
Location : Maitland, FL USA 32751
Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Expected Duration : 6 Months Contract to Hire
Job Type : On Site
Pay Range : $33.00 / hr. $33.50 / hr.

Skill Profile :
- Account / Check Reconciliation- Staff
- Employment Tax experience, including familiarity with Form(s) 941, 941-X, 940, Schedule R, federal wages and withholding, social security and Medicare taxes, employment tax deposit rules and payroll credits.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to utilize functions such as macros, pivot tables, and complex formulas to streamline reconciliation tasks.
- Strong analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- CPA or CPP designation is desirable.
