Position Title : Quality Assurance Consultant V

Location : Newark, DE

Position Summary

Perform activities related to test planning, creation of test cases / scripts, test execution, defect management and project closure activities.

Implement continuous testing and test automation. Create, Maintain Soap UI, Selenium based Use cases for E2E integrated flows.

May also include Production Certification which requires manual / automated scripts be executed to certify production health and / or identify post-production defects.

Ability to work on complex testing projects and drive results by working across all levels - from test executioners to Senior Project and Technical Project Managers. .

• Required educational background or certification-Bachelors
• Technical background, test automation experience, banking domain knowledge and experience of working in global delivery team are a plus.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem solving skills
• Prior experience working with an Agile-based development team
• Prior technology experience in the Brokerage industry preferably in Retail Wealth Management and Consumer banking
• Prior experience in automation testing (QTP / Selenium / TOSCA)
• Regular Hours- 9-5
• The candidate is expected to learn the business and technical components of the applications to perform activities related to test planning, creation of test cases / scripts,test execution, defect management and project closure activities.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA Methodologies
• Working experience of Agile software lifecycle, Test Driven development and End to End testing.
• Knowledge in (ADA) accessiblity testing by utelizing the Scren Readers such as JAWS, Keyboard Accessibility, Color Contrast Analyzer, Voice Over (iOS), Talkback (Android), Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
• Implement continuous testing and test automation. Create, Maintain Soap UI, Selenium based Use cases for E2E integrated flows.
• May also include Production Certification which requires manual / automated scripts be executed to certify production health and / or identify post-production defects.
• Ability to work on complex testing projects and drive results by working across all levels - from test executioners to Senior Project and Technical Project Managers.

A technical background, test automation experience, banking domain knowledge and experience of working in global delivery team are a plus

• Strong Knowledge on Manual and Automation testing using Selenium framework
• Thourough knowledge around STLC and QA methodologies
• Strong knowledge on web service testing
• SQL knowledge
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and problem solving skills
• Strong knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, Quality Center, Q test, OCTANE and Selenium
• Prior experience with ADA testing
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint, Visio
• SPLUNK knowledge
• Knowledge on DevOps testing
• Good Knowledge on SQL testing
• Prior experience working with an Agile-based development team
• Prior technology experience in the Brokerage industry preferrably in Retail Wealth Management and Consumer banking
• Prior experience in automation testing (QTP / Selenium / TOSCA)
