WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE
- Lead efforts for growth and expansion of events, home shows, retail and canvas marketing
- Research and help marketing manager book events and home shows
- Research and approach potential retail location partners
- Look for areas of opportunities for potential partnerships
- Actively recruit and refer potential new hire candidates.
- Lead new hire classes and ongoing training sessions with team
- Conduct weekly meetings with mid-level management and any in office teammates
- Create monthly and yearly goals and plans for number of events, home shows, rsvp events, retail locations, leads booked, leads issued, Hours per demo (HPD), set rate, etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role required
- Excellent team relations, empathetic & personable skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to manage a large team
- Knowledgeable with tactful and diplomatic approach to tasks at hand
- Must be able to organize & prioritize
- Ability to adapt well and accept/ give feedback in a changing environment
- Ability to work independently
- Must be willing to travel to applicable events/ retail locations as well as office location
- Previous experience with references a plus
